Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

• This cricket bat comes with a 12 month warranty from the original date of purchase.

What’s covered?

• Broken handle (due to manufacturing defect)
• Blade split from poor pressing or faulty materials
• Loosening of handle (not due to impact or misuse)

What’s Not Covered?

• Damage from Yorkers, toe blows, or mistimed shots
• Edge and surface cracks (common with natural willow)
• Water/moisture damage
• Improper knocking-in or oiling
• Use with bowling machine balls (unless stated)
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic marks, dents, or scratches

Conditions for Warranty Claim:

• Bat must be properly knocked-in before use.
• Scuff sheet or bat facing should be applied.
• Claim must be made within the warranty period and supported by proof of purchase.
• Physical or photographic inspection may be required.

Warranty Resolution (if approved):

• Free repair or handle replacement
• Discounted replacement bat
• Full replacement (only in rare cases of major defect)
