1. Product Information

• All cricket bats are hand-crafted and made from natural willow (English or Kashmir, as specified).
• Minor cosmetic blemishes, grains variation, or natural marks are normal and do not affect performance.
• Each bat may vary slightly in weight, pickup, and balance due to natural wood differences.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before delivery or dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods include [Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer / Credit or Debit Card].
• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated on the invoice.

3. Delivery / Shipping

• Shipping is available across [country/region], charges may apply.
• Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

4. Knocking-In

• Unless specified, all bats are sold not knocked-in.
• We recommend a full knocking-in process before use in matches or nets.
• Damage from improper or no knocking-in is not covered under warranty.

5. Warranty Policy

• Bats come with a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover:
o Edge, toe, or surface cracks
o Damage from Yorkers or mistimed shots
o Use with bowling machine balls (unless specified)
o Water or moisture damage
• Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
• The decision to repair, replace, or reject a claim is at the sole discretion of MSWF.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

• No returns or exchanges after use, unless for approved warranty reasons.
• Bats can only be returned if unused, in original condition, and within [7/14] days of purchase (if allowed by store policy).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Custom Orders

• Custom bat orders (weight, profile, grains, etc.) require advance payment.
• No refunds or exchanges on custom bats unless defective.

8. Usage Disclaimer

• Cricket bats are performance sports equipment and may get damaged during play, even with proper care.
• Users must follow proper maintenance, storage, and preparation procedures to extend bat life.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MAA SHUBHKARTAA WELFARE FOUNDATION is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from improper use of the bat.
• Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase value.
