DELIVERY POLICY & PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD)

1. Shipping & Delivery

• All cricket bats are shipped via trusted courier partners.
• Dispatch is usually within [1–3 business days] of order confirmation and payment.
• Estimated delivery time:
o Local: 2–4 working days
o National: 5–7 working days
o International (if applicable): 7–14 working days

2. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated based on location and weight.
• Free shipping may be offered for orders above ₹11,000 within India.

3. Tracking Information

• Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
• Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment using the courier’s portal.

4. Proof of Delivery (POD)

• A POD (Proof of Delivery) is generated by the courier upon successful delivery.
• The POD includes:
o Receiver’s name and signature
o Date and time of delivery
o Delivery photo (in some cases)

Note: If the package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but the customer claims non-receipt, we will file a delivery dispute with the courier. Resolution may take 5–10 business days.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to:
o Incorrect/incomplete address
o Customer not available
o Phone not reachable
The package will be held or returned. Re-delivery may incur extra charges.

6. Damage during Transit

• If the bat/package arrives visibly damaged:
o Do not accept the package, or
o Accept and record unboxing video immediately
• Claims for transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/videos.

7. International Delivery (Optional)

• Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
