SHIPPING POLICY

1. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on product availability and nature, after payment has been received. All orders are shipped via reputable national courier services with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link to monitor your package online.

2. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage charges. While handling fees are fixed, transportation charges vary based on the total weight of your order. We recommend combining items into a single order to save on shipping costs, as we cannot consolidate separate orders once placed. Shipping is at the customer’s risk; however, we take extra care to securely pack and protect all fragile items.

3. All packages are appropriately sized, and your items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

4. Our courier partners deliver between Monday and Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or delays from courier services—these are beyond our control.

5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
